Casa Lucia Vacation Villa at the Martineau Bay Resort   Casa Lucia is the perfect luxury beach villa. Nestled in the gated Martineau Beach Estates, you will find all you need at Casa Lucia to make a memorable vacation. Casa Lucia is a three bedroom home with a unique style of architecture and design and completely equipped and air conditioned for your comfort and enjoyment. Let your breath be taken away with the views of the Vieques Sound. Master Bedroom The master bedroom suite is located on the second floor with a small balcony that overlooks the great-room. There is a roomy wall closet, queen size bed, and bathroom with luxurious deep soaking tub. The most desirable part of the master bedroom is view. The full-width sliding glass door allows you to step out on to the balcony and overlook the pool, the Vieques sound, the mainland of Puerto Rico and Culebra. At night you can see the twinkle of the lights on the mainland or the passing of the ferry. Downstairs Bedrooms The main floor has two comfortable bedrooms. One room contains a queen size bed with a sitting area, while the other room features two twin beds for additional guests or the kids. For the family vacationers, there is crib for your convenience. The entire house has Dish Network TV with HBO and Stars. The great room has a 60" widescreen TV for your viewing pleasure. Dining and Kitchen The dining area has a large table for six that can easily accommodate 10 if necessary. The cobalt blue kitchen has an island with a breakfast bar for 4, a built in stove with a glass top cooker. There is a dishwasher, microwave, and side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Casa Lucia offers a fully equipped laundry room with a super capacity washer. Out back you will find a stainless steel propane grill for the sunny days outside. The Pool The pool at Casa Lucia is truly unique. With a maximum depth of 6', the infinity pool at Casa Lucia has a wading area for those who want to relax or give the kids a place to play. You can sit in the pool and overlook The Vieques Sound and feel like you are part of a cascading waterfall. Martineau Belle Playa at Martineau Bay Resort Martineau Belle Playa is a spectacular vacation rental featuring 2 tastefully designed and decorated floors, with 3 bedrooms, and a total of 4000 square feet. This oceanfront front vacation villa is located on a secluded beach located on the North side of Vieques Island and within the gates of the Martineau Bay Resort. The big bonus of this luxury vacation villa are the mesmerizing spectacular views of the main island Puerto Rico, the islands of Culebra and St.Thomas and the colorful romantic sunsets. Martineau Belle Playa features three luxurious bedrooms, each with its' own private bath, shower, walking closets and private balcony. The spacious Master bedroom is on the second level with a king size bed and offers stunning panoramic ocean views. Martineau Belle Playa also features two large suites on the first level with queen beds each with superb ocean views as well. All rooms have AC units, flat TVs and Direct TV programming. There is also a large plasma TV in the living room and a DVD/CD player with a high power music system. I-Pods can be connected to system and there is wireless internet capability through out the villa. One of the wonderful highlights of this vacation rental is having access to a beautiful cozy beach cove that is extremely secluded since only one other house shares the beach. A Journey's End A charming Villa that is nestled on a private hillside acre on the northern slope of Martineau Hill on the unspoiled island of Vieques, with 180 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean, Puerto Rico and Culebra. The house is designed to combine indoor and outdoor living, having 3600 square feet of interior living space with high ceilings, lots of windows and great tropical breezes. The entrance level contains a large foyer, laundry room and bath. A center staircase takes you up to the second level foyer that leads to an open living room and dining room with adjacent kitchen, den with TV, master bedroom with bath plus 3 guest bedrooms and 2 baths. The dining room and master bedroom open on to a large comfortable balcony for relaxation and great views. In addition, located on the lower level, there is an additional 1100 sq. ft of covered outdoor living where you can have cocktails, cook a meal and dine, or just relax reading a book. Six bedrooms, sleeps up to twelve people, 4 bathrooms.
Rental Policy: A 50% booking deposit is required to make a reservation. A Rental Agreement will be sent to you. The balance due and a $500 security deposit is required four weeks prior to your arrival. The security deposit will be be returned and/or voided within 30 days of departure, provided there are no charges arising from damage, missing inventory or extraordinary cleaning. Cancellations received more than 30 days in advance will be refunded 50% of the deposit only if the unit is re-rented. Any cancellation within 30 days will be refunded 50% of the total and only if the rental week is replaced by another rental. A 7% Room Tax is added to all rental rates. Check in is at 3pm/Check out at 10am. There will be an additional $100 service fee for check-ins arriving on Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years days.	Services: All rates include airport pick-up and 24-hour emergency on call service. All properties are equipped with bed linens bath towels, and kitchen utensils. Daily maid service is not provided unless indicated, but may be available upon advance request.
